The room was spacious and clean. It included toiletries. Chocolate and water were provided daily. The location is quite central near a metro station. Many attractions are within easy walking distance.
The reception sometimes became busy, leading to longer check-in times. There were queues occasionally with five or six people waiting. The team did appear to be somewhat disorganized. Sometimes there were two or three people dealing with a single query.

I liked the hotel location. It was excellent. The reception staff seemed friendly and very helpful. They listened to my requests. The air conditioning worked well. It kept the room comfortable.
There were instances of only one receptionist available. This made assistance slow. I wanted to book a spa slot. It was fully booked. I was not told to book in advance. That information would have been helpful.

The location had an advantage. I found a metro station nearby. Breakfast included variety. I was impressed with the good times available until 11:30 on weekends. The spa included water massage facilities. The steam room was a nice bonus.
The complimentary water bottle seemed like a joke at a so called five star hotel. The outside garage requested thirty-five euros for parking. I needed to leave twenty euros as insurance for the card, that is not acceptable service.
